One of my pet routines that I used in intimate but casual performances. This takes advantage of a mini set of cups and the idea of leaving your audience wanting more.
This was created by me to fill the moments where you are at a get together and someone says, ” hey will you do something for us?” this is a routine that is short has audience participation and takes advantage of sitting on a couch at a coffee table on the spur of the moment.
Anyone who has tried to use a mini set of cups has come to the realization that they can be a bit difficult to get used to using due in part to the size of the cups in comparison to the performer’s hands. I address this with new ways to load the cup so that you do not have grasp the cup fully in the palm of your hand. This is all about adjusting how you handle the cups to not only accomplish the secret moves but to showcase the cups in an open manner.
I also create a new way to do final loads that take great advantage of the position you are sitting in while performing at a coffee table. This is actually set up while you are sitting down to perform your cups and balls routine. These ideas can be used elsewhere in your magic as well.
Plus, there is more new handlings throughout the whole manuscript.
