Une carte est montrée sur le dessus d’un paquet de cartes, puis est insérée dans le milieu du jeu, mais elle dépasse de sa moitié.
Le magicien fait pivoter la carte sur un tour complet.
La carte revient sur le dessus du jeu, tandis que la carte qui dépasse est devenue blanche.
Cette phase est recommencée plusieurs fois de façons différentes. Pour terminer, la carte est mise entre plusieurs cartes blanches, d’où elle disparaît, pour réapparaître dans le milieu du jeu.
