Thomas Badar – Drop: The Ultimate Card Magic Experience
Witness the magic that took Blackpool Magic Convention 2023 by storm! Thomas Badar’s Licorice is not just a trick—it’s a visual masterpiece that leaves audiences in awe.
Here’s how it works: A spectator selects and signs a card, which is then shuffled back into the deck. Two random cards are drawn and dropped back into the deck one by one. When the deck is spread, there’s only one card between the two. That card? The spectator’s signed card!
But wait, there’s more! The magician claims this can be done with any card in the deck. To prove it, the trick is repeated with the Ace of Spades. This time, five cards appear between the two, including the Ace. As the cards are revealed, the audience is treated to the ultimate surprise: a Royal Flush!
- Unforgettable Performance: A hit at Blackpool Magic Convention 2023.
- Visual Masterpiece: An effect that’s as beautiful as it is baffling.
- Interactive Magic: Involves the audience from start to finish.
Experience the magic that has magicians and audiences alike raving. Thomas Badar – Drop is more than a card trick—it’s a performance you’ll never forget.
THE hit of BLACKPOOL MAGIC CONVENTION 2023!
Licorice by Thomas Badar is an incredible visual and incomprehensible effect. It’s not for nothing that everyone in Blackpool was talking about this effect.
The effect:
You have a card selected and signed by the spectator. The card goes back into the middle of the deck and you take any two cards from the deck. You drop the cards and one by one you throw the two cards back into the deck. You spread out the deck, and you see that there is only one card between the two cards. You turn the card over and it turns out to be the spectator’s signed card.
But….. we continue…:
You now indicate that you can do this with every card in the deck! You’re going to try it with the highest card in the game (during poker): the Ace of Spades. The trick is repeated and any two cards are flipped face up and thrown into the deck. For a moment it seems to have failed, because not one, but five cards have ended up between the two cards. Fortunately, the Ace of Spades is among them. When the rest of the cards are turned over, it turns out to be not only the strongest card, but the strongest hand in poker: ROYAL FLUSH!
