With their balls held firmly in their hands, they are asked to stand on stage and are further ‘randomised’.
Even though at no point has the performer seen the contents of any of his volunteer’s hands and the selection of the balls from the bag were completely free choices mass influence has already taken place.
On stage the entire time has been a huge, over-sized Lotto ticket. When turned around there are a bunch of numbers printed. When, for the very first time, the volunteers open their hands they find that not only has the performer predicted which balls they would remove from the bag but the exact order in which they would stand!
