Description & Effect

Unleash the Impossible with Turnover Bend

Prepare to astound your audience with 'Turnover Bend' by mentalism maestro Dee Christopher. This digital download reveals a truly magical secret that allows you to visually bend a borrowed spoon or fork right at your fingertips. Imagine: a diner's spoon, clearly shown from all angles, held casually between your fingers, then, with an impossible grace, it visibly droops and bends at the neck. This isn't just a trick; it's a moment of pure, unadulterated wonder, leaving spectators questioning the very laws of physics.

The Effortless Method

What makes 'Turnover Bend' truly exceptional is its profound simplicity and impromptu nature. Forget elaborate setups or custom gimmicks; this powerful bending effect requires absolutely no prior preparation. You can perform it on the spot with any borrowed spoon or fork, making it perfect for close-up magic, street performances, or spontaneous demonstrations. Dee Christopher, known for incorporating this very move into his acclaimed 'Quicksilver' routine, teaches you a method that is not only natural in its movements but also remarkably easy to perform. While a little practice will refine your timing, the core mechanics are straightforward and highly accessible for magicians of all skill levels.

Beyond the Bend

Dee Christopher's 'Turnover Bend' offers a unique solution to common metal bending challenges, particularly with thicker utensils that typically resist manipulation. The visual bend is incredibly optical, creating a stunning illusion that looks especially striking with forks, though equally effective with spoons. This clever technique, inspired by a move from Erick's Gallerian DVD, focuses on an impactful visual transformation. And here's an intriguing bonus: while the item cannot be handed out for examination immediately after the bend, Dee thoughtfully teaches you a clever way to 'restore' the spoon, adding another layer of intrigue to your performance. The PDF guide comes packed with clear, illustrative pictures, ensuring you grasp every nuance of this smart, fun-to-practice method. Dive into the mind of a seasoned performer and add a truly impossible piece of mental magic to your repertoire.

BackroundA little bit of backround this is a move that Dee has used for a long time as part of his Quicksilver routine it is easy quick and natural.

Effect A spoon is borrowed and held at the magician’s fingertips. It is shown from all angles

and then effortlessly droops, bending at the neck.

MethodThere is no preparation which is a bonus this can be done really on the spot with a borrowed spoon. The movements are natural and the "Bend" can be easily performed.Timing would need to be practiced but i think overall this is a very easy method to achieve.

If you perform spoon/Fork bending you have probably come across a spoon that you just can't bend to thick maybe. Dee has made a nice visual bend which looks better with forks but still achieves the overal bending effect.

Method The bend is based on a move taught in Erick's Gallerian DVD. This is a really cool idea and a very optical, visual bend though this can't be handed out he teaches a way to " Put the spoon Back to normal"

The method is pretty smart and ill have some fun playing with this in the mirror.

Extra There are plenty of pictures for the main part about the turnover bend that help explaine clearly and help with the process.

Dee gives credit where credit is due, and gives details and his thoughts on the moves the process and so on overall i thought it was a great pdf and i can't wait to try these out.
