Admitting that he didn't commit to his prediction quite as much as he might have, he asks the spectator if she sees the card she is thinking of among the nine cards printed on the acetate. She says, "Yes."

Then while the spectator holds the clear sheet between the palms of her own hands, the image of her card disappears. And when the pack is examined, her selected card has also disappeared!
