While requiring a minimal two-second setup, the overall effect is almost entirely impromptu, making it a fantastic, visual piece of mentalism using everyday items.
Effect 3: THE PURE THING
Prepare to amaze with 'The Pure Thing,' a card revelation that defies all logic. A spectator simply thinks of *any* playing card – a genuinely free choice. You never ask them to say it aloud, write it down, or even look at a deck of cards. There are no peeks, no stooges, and absolutely no psychological forces at play. This is 100% impromptu, requiring nothing more than your mind and your spectator's. Nefesch himself uses this technique constantly, calling it 'impossible,' and yet it's entirely practical and devastatingly effective. You don't even need a deck of cards to perform it.

RIGHT NOW is the name of my new manuscript， and includes three MENTALISM effects， that you can do any time anywhere to convince people that you CAN REALLY READ THEIR MINDS， this are effects that you can peform anytime someone asks you: "READ MY MIND RIGHT NOW"(which I don't know about you， but to me it happens very often!):
The effects included in this manuscript are:
1) HOT (Heads or Tails)
This is a three steps routine， in which you ask your spectator for a coin (any coin) you ask them to flip it in the air and to cath it in their hands， without letting you see it. You ask them to take a look at the coin， to find out if it is face or tails up， you NEVER see the coin and yet you are able to know if it is heads or tails.
IT IS THEIR COIN， IT IS THEM WHO THROW IT IN THE AIR， and it is THEM WHO CATCH IT， it all happens in their hands， and yet you are able to tell ACURATLY what it is (heads or tails)， and if you are thinking that somehow you "track" the flipping of the coin， NOT that is NOT the method (you can do this even looking away from your spectator， to prove you are not glimpsing anything)， it is something TRULLY PRACTICAL， and easy to do.
2) BUBBLES:
A borrowed glass， and a borrowed beverage (gas beverage， like coke， pepsi， etc)
You ask your spectator to think of the name of a person， a card， an object or whatever， you ask them to pour the coke in the glass and to see the bubbles that the gas place in the inner side of the glass， so far NOTHING， now you give them a spoon (borrwed if desired) you ask them to mix the coke using the spoon， the bubbles move (of course)， but now they are shaping the initial letter of whatever they were thinking of!
All objects can be borrowed， and it is almost impromptu， I would love to say it is impromptu， but NO it is not， for it requires a 2 seconds set up (yes just two seconds)
3) THE PURE THING:
You are your spectator to MERELY think of a card， now listen to this: He thinks of a card， you NEVER ask him to say the card outloud， you NEVER ask him to write it anywhere， NO PEEKS， no stooges， no nothing， 100% IMPROMPTU.
I know it sounds IMPOSSIBLE， and YES IT IS. But I am being 100% honest is， this is a technique I am ussing ALL THE TIME.
In which you ask a person: THINK OF A CARD， any card， and yet you are able to reveal it PERFECTLY.
YOU do not suggest a card， it is a totally FREE selection， NO PSYCHOLOGICAL FORCES AT ALL.
100% practical， and requires nothing more that your mind and your spectator's mind.
YOU DO NOT NEED A DECK OF CARDS to perfom this.
