A Repertoire of Real-World Workers
This lecture is a treasure trove of practical, audience-tested magic. You'll delve into a diverse selection of effects, starting with dynamic openers designed to grab attention instantly. Learn 'Tin Opener,' a brilliant jumbo coin production that sets an exciting tone, or master 'Drawn,' Chris's innovative card opener currently being utilized by working pros like Lee Smith and Gary Jones. Beyond the opening, you'll uncover captivating card routines, including a unique twist on the classic 'Anniversary Waltz' that requires no gaffs and can be performed with any standard deck.
Mind-Bending Card & Coin Effects
Chris also presents incredible self-working routines that deliver maximum impact with minimal effort, such as 'Card to (Almost) Any Number,' a guaranteed fooler. For coin enthusiasts, 'Coin to Impossible Location' offers a signed coin vanish with an astonishing reappearance in a locked box. You'll also explore 'Name Badge,' an effect that uses an everyday item for a truly surprising card revelation. Chris even shares a commercial 'Marked Deck' routine with a killer ending that no one sees coming, proving that deceptive revelations don't require actual marked decks.
Practical Insights & Booking Secrets
Beyond the tricks, Chris shares invaluable insights into the art of performing. You'll learn the 'Free Phone' effect, a completely propless version of the 'Free Will' plot that's not only a powerful piece of mentalism but also cleverly designed to help you secure contact information from potential booking agents. The lecture concludes with 'Signed Card to Tin,' a fantastic callback effect that cleverly ties back to the 'Tin Opener,' demonstrating how to build cohesive and memorable routines. This digital download provides a rare opportunity to learn from a true master, gaining both polished routines and the professional wisdom to elevate your own magic.
