30 The Instant Speller: Card spelling with some estimations and multiple outs
36 The Distraction Factor: Misprinted card becomes spectator’s selection; with an alternative opening
43 Two Coin Interlude Plus: Four phases – Two invisible coins materialize in form of half dollar and copper English penny; coins vanish and reappear; half vanishes, copper jumps, then silver joins copper; silver vanishes again, copper jumps, and a 2nd copper appears with the silver. No gimmick coins, but not easy.
52 Erdnase Aces and Quick Erdnase Aces: two ace cutting routines
52 Erdnase Aces
59 Quick Erdnase Aces: after the Aces are produced, the cut is repeated and the high cards of the same suit of one Ace are produced for a royal flush
62 SemiAutomatic Gambler: 10 Card poker deal in which the “Jonah” card determines the losing hand when it is used with nine other cards (three sets of three of a kind)
67 The Jumping Bean Coins: A Coins Across routine using four half dollars and an expanded shell. To be performed on a close-up mat.
77 The Practice Deck: Double backed deck deals out 10 thru Ace of Spades, then becomes normal. Can be used with a special gimmick card (described) or without it.
86 The Poker Lesson: a poker deal routine requiring only minimal setup and the look of being impromptu

154 Ball, Cone, and Box Routine: A ball and cone routine that also incorporates an “Egg Vase”, or in this case, a “Ball Vase”, although other methods can be used in the routine if a suitable sized vase cannot be found (Harry used a Morrison Pill Box). The cone is made of leather and is designed to fit the 1 3/4″ ball.
166 Double Coincidence: Two cards are inserted into the deck by the spectators, and upon spreading the deck, the cards “found” their mates.
168 Five Card Monte: a version of Dai Vernon’s Seven Card Monte, using 5 cards (requires one double face)
172 Copper Silver Gold Coin box routine: Utilizes an Okito box, copper English penny, half dollar, matching C/S coin, gold coin and for the climax, three more unique but similar sized coins (such as foreign coins).
180 Crossed Hands Vanish Coin Box Routine: hands are crossed and spectator asked which hand holds the silver coin. When opened, both coins have vanished and are back in the Okito box. Features Harry’s Crossed-Hands Vanish (originally in M-U-M, May 1989). Uses Okito box, two silvers, one copper
187 Three Card Metamorphosis: A four card version of Marlo’s Quick 3-Way and an all backs addition (uses a unique double backed card – described)
194 Wild Homing Card: A packet trick. A Five causes three of four Jokers to change to Fives, then revert to Jokers. The Five finally leaves the Jokers.
202 The Purse Swindle: A Swindle demonstration where a gold coin in a purse changes to copper, then back to gold, and more. Uses a larger coin purse (about 4″ wide and with a 1 3/4″ high frame and a 3 3/8″ deep leather purse).
211 Purse Jam: Used as a prelude to other coin and purse routines. 2 copper, 2 silver dumped from purse. 2 copper replaced, change places with silver. All 4 are placed back, and change to 4 copper
217 Cheating the Cheater: A stranger card in a poker hand causes the backs of the cards to change, until 5 different backs are produced. You’ll need several different brands of cards to make this set-up.
