In the same way the public were encouraged to reuse and recycle in War torn Britain, people are taking up the Make Do and Mend mentality in this post-recession economy of the early 21st Century. So it is with a stiff-upper-lip that I present to you my own Make Do and Mentalism philosophy; methods for re-creating either somewhat expensive gimmicks, making your own less-than-efficient props, and recycling items you probably already have or will not cost you much to buy for various Mentalism routines.
