From groundbreaking sleights to ingenious plot constructions, this ebook is an essential addition for any serious card magician seeking to elevate their craft.
Revolutionary Sleights and Controls
At the heart of 'Evolution' are revolutionary concepts designed to give you unparalleled control and deceptive power. Explore 'Rotator,' a brand new sleight presented with three distinct applications, including the thought-provoking 'Reversal Tutorial' that elegantly distinguishes modern from traditional magic. Master the subtle art of misdirection with 'Crimp Hideout,' a clever technique allowing you to conceal a crimped card while openly displaying all four edges of the deck. Delve into 'The Tumblers' for a whimsical effect where four Jokers magically flip upside down, adding a touch of visual wonder to your performance.
Mastering Ace Productions and Locations
Elevate your Ace routines with an array of stunning methods. Larry Jennings' streamlined 'Countback Aces,' inspired by Billy O'Connor's classic, is presented with further refinements by Gordon Bean and Helder Guimarães, offering multiple powerful renditions of a classic plot where spectators fairly construct packets, yet Aces consistently appear. Extend these principles with 'Count Back to Count Down,' revealing Ace locations with precision, and 'Addition to Count Back,' where card values mysteriously transform. Beyond Aces, explore impressive card locations like 'Random Locations,' where multiple spectators' selections are found under seemingly impossible conditions, and Gordon Bean's 'Count One Way,' a truly hands-off marvel.
Reimagining Classic Plots
'Evolution' also breathes new life into time-honored plots. Experience 'Twinkle Twinkle,' a fresh handling of Bro. John Hamman's 'The Twins,' offering a captivating visual experience. Witness the minimalist elegance of 'Duplex,' Bill Goodwin's approach to Ed Marlo's iconic 'Elevator' plot, further enhanced by Gordon Bean's 'Duplex Remodeled' and 'Duplex Addition,' providing logical climaxes and inspired variations. Finally, challenge perceptions with 'Pocket Calculator,' an effect where two number cards miraculously locate an amount of cards equal to both their sum and product, blending magic with mathematical intrigue. 'Evolution' is more than an ebook; it's your next step towards mastering the art of card magic.
