- Engaging Performance: Keep your audience on the edge of their seats with a trick that builds suspense and delivers a stunning finale.
How It Works
Your spectator selects two spot cards and a picture card from a deck. The performer explains the cultural significance of numbers: 7 for Americans, 8 for the Chinese, and 13 as the performer’s lucky number for certain cards. Using a different deck, the performer randomly places the chosen cards into a face-down deck. When the deck is spread out, the three face-up cards and their adjacent face-down cards are revealed to be Aces. The fourth Ace is found by summing the values of the original three cards, leading the spectator to the missing Ace. And as the grand finale, the entire deck turns blank!
Key Features
- Interactive: Involves the spectator in the magic, making the experience more personal and memorable.
- Versatile: Suitable for both casual performances and professional shows.
- Surprise Ending: The blank deck finale adds an unexpected twist that will leave your audience speechless.
Perfect for the beginner but strong enough to fool a pro!
The spectator is given a deck of cards and is requested to place face-up onto the table, two spot cards and a picture card. The performer mentions that the number 7 is considered a lucky number among Americans, the number 8 is considered a lucky number by the Chinese, but 13 is the performer’s lucky number for certain cards in the deck.
Using a different deck, the performer places the spectator’s three chosen cards face-up, into his face-down deck, by a random process.
When the deck is spread face-down onto the table, the three face-up cards are removed along with the face-down cards adjacent to them. The three face-down cards are turned face-up to reveal they are Aces. The fourth Ace is found by adding the values of the original three cards. When the spectator counts down to that number in the deck, the missing Ace is located.
AND FINALLY AS THE KICKER, THE ENTIRE DECK TURNS BLANK!
